Assensha is a subsidiary of Opiah and was started in 2006 as the
vehicle to explore the area of mobile based
transactions. The founders of the company, having worked
in GSM and internet based technology for many years
realise that whilst the primary use of mobile handsets
is still to be able to make and receive calls, there
will be, over the coming months, more and more
applications designed for mobile devices which would
benefit from a real-time transaction interface.
